We Are Home!!!!

So we have been home now for almost 4 days. I am not as exhausted and tired anymore. Hanna is doing well. Wednesday she was back on the regular sleeping schedule. She's falling asleep at night around 8 and wakes up around 6 or 7. I didn't expect her to get on this schedule so quickly but she did. She is so wonderful ..... but boy is she hard-headed .... when she wants something nothing else will apease her except that particular thing. With Jalen I used to be able to find something else instead of what he wanted and it would be ok .... not with her though ..... she's very strong-willed just like me. Below you see a pic of Jalen and Hanna on the trampuline. She loves jumping ..... and boy does she love water! Can't wait for summer to get here so they can play in the swimming pool.

She loves brushing teeth .... I think she thinks it's a game ..... but she loves it when I check her teeth afterwards and tell her "gobez" and that she has "konjo" teeth.

Our little girl fell asleep in the car on the drive home from the Atlanta airport to Montgomery and didn't wake up until 3 o'clock in the morning the next day. So the picture below was taken right after getting her out of the car .... sleeping...... and half way falling back asleep. This was our first picture together .... the 4 of us!!!!

Hanna copies her big brother with everything ...... especially with foods. So far we discovered she loves grilled cheese sandwitches, vanilla gritz with cinnamon, chicken, turkey, pasta .... scrambled eggs with onions and cheese .... and her absolute favorite drink is sweet tea ..... we are big sweet tea drinkers and she just fell right into it too. She'll ask for her 'tutto' ... sippy cup with tea numerous times a day. Her favorite fruit is bananas which she eats plenty of .... but the other day she saw Jalen eat an apple so she wanted some too. She had about 4 or 5 bites which I was proud of. Also, she'll drink milk now, even if just half a cup ... but I'm tricking her and give her the milk in gritz ... which she loves. She's so thankful and grateful and when I give her something she'll like she'll say "itafta" = yummy and "thank you Mama" .... also, she won't start eating until me and Geno have a bite first. She is something else ...... we love her so much ..... she fits perfectly into our family!!!!

At the Ethiopian Airlines office at the Hilton Hotel. One thing I'd never do again is fly Ethiopian airlines ..... it was horrible ..... they lost our luggage and had numerous delays going and coming. Which made us very nervous in case we loose our connecting flight. We didn't, but it was pure stress and VERY VERY exhausting.

We left Jalen behind with Nana. They were ok, but I missed this boy so much.
